Global Exotic Hardwoods Founded by Bauman is the leading supplier in the US of marine and civil engineering construction timbers including USs largest stockholder and supplier of Greenheart.   We supply to many businesses around the US and direct for larger tendered contracts.  We hold significant stock holdings at our large site in central Scotland so can enable a quick response to customers orders.

Our skilled sawmilling and hardwood team deliver bespoke products designed to customers’ specifications.

We have been auditing our supply chain around the world, and particularly in the tropics for decades since 2001.  We are extremely proud to do business and enable trade in some of the poorest countries in the world.  The contribution of sustainable forestry in remote parts of the world is being better recognised through the promotion of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

We are FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody holders and Timber Development US RPP holders.
